Marc Léveillé

(Vocals, piano, percussion, musical direction)

 

For over 20 years, Marc was involved in several projects related to the world of the legendary group Genesis. He is one of the founding members of the band "The Musical Box", in which he personified Peter Gabriel from 1991 to 1994. In the early 2000, he joined "Secret World", a tribute band to Peter Gabriel. Since 2011, he has been the singer of "Turn It On Again", a group dedicated to the Phil Collins period of Genesis. Self-taught musician, Marc is also a singer-songwriter. He was a finalist at the Granby International Song Festival in 2004. These numerous musical projects he was involved with over the years gave him the opportunity to play in most of the major performing venues and concert halls in the province of Quebec

Marie-Claude Marchand

(Vocals, percussion)

 

Marie-Claude attended college in Drummondville and obtained her BA in jazz interpretation at the University of Montreal. She toured for five years with the Cirque du Soleil OVO show. In addition to having played at the Sydney Opera House, Marie-Claude appeared in the following television shows: The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Early Show, Merci Bonsoir and Le Grand Blond avec un show sournois. She has participated in several festivals, including Les FrancoFolies de Montreal, The VoiceFest of Trois-Rivières, Les Fêtes Gourmandes de Québec and Victoriaville En Chansons. She also co-wrote and recorded an album with the group Amanha.

Charles Bellerose

(Bass, Chapman Stick, vocals)

 

Bassist for over thirty-five years, Charles has worked in a variety of styles including flamenco, jazz-rock and blues. As such, he has performed in many different contexts: from Karen Young's vocal jazz to the Quebec rock song, from Labaye Band's blues-rock to flamenco. He participated in several productions both as a live musician and a studio musician. For six years now, he has been performing on stage with Tramp of the Century, his tribute band to Supertramp. And now, he passionately thrusts back into the world of Peter Gabriel and bass icon Tony Levin!

François Corriveau 

(Drums, percussion)

 

Born in Montreal in 1970, François showed an interest in drums at the age of 17. All musical styles spark his curiosity, from rock to jazz to world music, especially that of Africa. Music has allowed him to travel a lot, particularly to Asia with Alter Ego, to Senegal with Zale Seck and to Romania with Muna Mongole. François is a versatile drummer, energetic and always mindful of the groove.

Daniel Marsolais

(Guitar, vocals)

 

Daniel first studied music at Roger Pelletier Music School (72-73) and later at l’École préparatoire de musique de l’UQAM (90-92). He has developed expertise as a guitar player both on stage and in the studio, as well as an expertise in composition, production, sound recording and mixing. He has played repeatedly on the biggest stages of Quebec with Hugo Lapointe, Bob Harrisson, Queens of Rock (Élysabeth Diaga), Gino Quilico, Insolita, Bowie Revisited, Valectra (La Voix), Angel Forrest, Marie-Chantal Toupin, Suzie Villeneuve, Boom Desjardins, Brigitte Boisjoli, Diane Tell and many others. He has also performed in Ontario, New Brunswick, the United States and France. He has forty albums to his credit in which he participated at various levels: Valectra, Bob Harrisson, Les Colocs, Insolita, Eric Maheu (Kain), Marie-Hélène Thibert, Les BB, RBO, etc.

Jean-Pierre Limoges

(Keyboards)

 

Jean-Pierre Limoges is a musician, composer and arranger from Montreal. He was the musical director of Claude Léveillée for almost twenty years. Jean-Pierre studied music at Vincent-d'Indy and also learned arrangements, orchestration and recording techniques. He composed and arranged for many musical productions: CDs (Claude Léveillée, Dan Bigras, Helmut Lipsky); TV themes (My House Rona, Bachelor, Board Game, TVA Sports News); movies (One Way Out, And the Dance Goes On, l’Èspérance); musical revues and hundreds of commercials. He owns Studio JPL and is also a music teacher and trainer in recording and audiovisual techniques at the Envol training center in Joliette.
